I’m Back on YouTube and Here’s What I’m Teaching Next
For a while, this channel went quiet. But today I am happy to say that I am back, and I am bringing new English lessons with me.
Over the last few months, I have reached 1,500 subscribers on the English for Traveling YouTube channel. This is thanks to students like you who watch, comment, and tell me what you need. Your support is what is pushing me to start uploading videos again on a regular basis.
In the coming weeks, you will see:
• IELTS focused videos, with tips, common topics, and model answers that use real test style language.
• Everyday English for travelling, such as how to order food, check into hotels, ask for directions, and speak confidently in taxis and restaurants.
• Short, focused practice clips you can watch on your phone, like pronunciation drills and mini lessons.
On the YouTube Community tab, I have already started a poll asking what you want to see first. If you have not voted yet, please leave a comment as well. I will use your answers to decide which topic to make the next video.
Why am I posting this on my website as well? Because the blog is the place where you can read longer explanations, download resources, and go back to important language points from the videos. In the next few months, I will also add:
• Printable vocabulary lists for travelling situations.
• Writing exercises based on IELTS topics.
• Short reading and listening activities linked to the videos.
If you have missed the channel or you are discovering it for the first time, welcome. Please comment here, on YouTube, or on the Community post and tell me:
• What speaking situation makes you most nervous? For example, at the airport, at hotel reception, in a café, etc.
• Which IELTS skill you feel is holding you back, such as Writing Task 2, Speaking Part 3, or Listening.
From your answers, I will choose the next video (and the next related blog post) to help you with your biggest problem.
Thank you for being part of this journey and let’s get your English to the next level together.
